Glaze

- 4 garlic cloves, minced (or 1 tsp garlic powder)
Instructions
- Prepare the Glaze: In a small bowl, whisk together the honey, soy sauce, and minced garlic or garlic powder. Set this mixture aside for later use.
- Season the Salmon: Pat dry the salmon filets thoroughly with paper towels. Season each filet generously with kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper on all sides.
