Instructions
- Soak Buckwheat Groats: Place the raw buckwheat groats in a bowl and cover with water by a couple of inches. Allow soaking for 4 to 8 hours or overnight to soften the grains.
- Rinse and Drain: After soaking, thoroughly rinse the buckwheat groats under running water until the sliminess disappears. Drain completely and set aside.
- Layer Parfait: Begin layering each serving glass by adding a tablespoon of chia jam at the bottom, followed by a handful of fresh blackberries. Next, spoon in a layer of plain vegan yogurt, then add a heaped tablespoon of the soaked buckwheat groats.
