- Combine Ingredients: Add the frozen mango, canned coconut milk, lime juice and zest, maple syrup, and chili lime seasoning to a high-speed blender or food processor.
- Blend Until Smooth: Blend all ingredients thoroughly until the mixture is completely smooth. Use a tamper if your blender has one to ensure all frozen mango pieces are processed evenly. If using a food processor, scrape down the sides as needed to blend all ingredients smoothly.
- Transfer and Chill: Pour the sorbet mixture into a loaf pan or suitable container. Optionally, top with coconut flakes and a sprinkle of extra chili lime seasoning for garnish.
- Freeze and Store: Cover the container with foil and place it in the freezer until firm. Serve cold and enjoy your homemade sorbet.
