Description

This refreshing Summer Pineapple Punch is a sweet and fizzy beverage made with just four simple ingredients and enhanced with fresh fruit and mint garnishes. Perfect for parties and warm weather gatherings, it’s quick to prepare, delightfully fruity, and bursting with tropical flavor.

Ingredients

Base Ingredients

  • 1 - 12 oz can frozen pineapple juice concentrate, thawed
  • 1 - 6 oz can frozen limeade concentrate, thawed
  • 4 1/2 cups cold water
  • 1 liter club soda, chilled

Fresh Fruit

  • Assorted fruits such as strawberries, raspberries, blueberries, oranges, limes, and pineapple

Garnishes

  • Fresh mint leaves

Instructions

  1. Mix Concentrates: In a large pitcher, combine the thawed pineapple juice concentrate and thawed limeade concentrate. This creates the sweet and tangy base for your punch.
  2. Add Water and Club Soda: Pour in the cold water and most of the chilled club soda, reserving about 1/3 cup for later. Stir gently to blend all liquids well.
  3. Chill the Mixture: Place the pitcher in the refrigerator and chill until the punch is thoroughly cold, about 30 minutes to 1 hour.
  4. Prepare Glasses: Add ice cubes and a selection of assorted fresh fruits into the serving glasses for added flavor and a decorative touch.
  5. Serve Punch: Pour the chilled punch over the ice and fruit in each glass, filling them generously.
  6. Garnish and Top Off: Garnish each glass with fresh mint leaves and add a splash of the reserved club soda to bring extra fizz right before serving.

Notes

  • For best flavor, use fresh and ripe fruits for garnishing.
  • Adjust sweetness or tartness by varying the amount of pineapple or limeade concentrate.
  • The punch can be prepared a few hours ahead but add club soda just before serving to retain fizz.
  • For a non-fizzy version, substitute club soda with additional cold water or lemon-lime soda for sweetness.
  • Keep punch chilled on ice if serving outdoors to maintain freshness.
