- 5 cups Rice Krispies cereal

- Add Sweetened Condensed Milk: Whisk the sweetened condensed milk into the melted chocolate mixture until everything is well combined and smooth.
- Melt the Caramels: Add the soft caramel candies to the pot and stir constantly over low heat until they are completely melted and fully incorporated into the mixture, creating a glossy, rich sauce.
- Melt the Marshmallows: Stir in the mini marshmallows and continue mixing until they are fully melted and the mixture is smooth.
- Flavor and Combine with Cereal: Remove the pot from the heat and quickly stir in the vanilla extract for added flavor. Then fold in the Rice Krispies cereal, ensuring each piece is evenly coated with the chocolate and marshmallow mixture.
- Form the Cookies: Line two baking pans with parchment paper. Using a large cookie scoop, drop scoops of the mixture evenly spaced onto the parchment-lined pans.
