Description

Pistachio Fluff Salad, also known as Watergate Salad, is a classic no-bake dessert featuring pistachio pudding, crushed pineapple, whipped topping, marshmallows, and nuts. It's an easy and refreshing treat perfect for gatherings.


Ingredients

  • 1 package (3.4 oz) instant pistachio pudding mix
  • 1 can (20 oz) crushed pineapple, undrained
  • 1 cup miniature marshmallows
  • 1/2 cup chopped nuts (such as pecans or pistachios)
  • 1 container (8 oz) whipped topping, thawed

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine the pistachio pudding mix with the entire can of crushed pineapple including juice. Stir until well blended.
  2. Add the miniature marshmallows and chopped nuts, mixing evenly.
  3. Fold in the whipped topping gently until the mixture is smooth and well combined.
