Ingredients
- 1 package (3.4 oz) instant pistachio pudding mix
- 1 can (20 oz) crushed pineapple, undrained
- 1 cup miniature marshmallows
- 1/2 cup chopped nuts (such as pecans or pistachios)
- 1 container (8 oz) whipped topping, thawed
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine the pistachio pudding mix with the entire can of crushed pineapple including juice. Stir until well blended.
- Add the miniature marshmallows and chopped nuts, mixing evenly.
- Fold in the whipped topping gently until the mixture is smooth and well combined.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.
