A hearty and convenient wrap featuring deli turkey, cheese, fresh vegetables, and creamy ranch dressing, perfect for a quick lunch or light dinner.
Ingredients
- 4 large burrito-size flour tortillas
- 8–12 tbsp ranch dressing
- 12–16 slices thinly sliced deli turkey breast
- 4 slices American or cheddar cheese
- 4 romaine lettuce leaves
- 1 large tomato, sliced
Instructions
- Lay the tortillas flat on a clean surface.
- Spread 2–3 tablespoons of ranch dressing down the center of each tortilla.
- Layer turkey slices, then add cheese slices.
- Add lettuce and tomato on top.
- Fold in the sides of the tortilla, then roll it up burrito-style.
- Slice in half diagonally and serve immediately.
Notes
- Use spinach or whole wheat tortillas for added fiber.
- Swap in different cheeses or dressings for variety.
- To keep the wrap fresh, add lettuce and tomato just before eating if preparing ahead of time.
- Wrap tightly in parchment or plastic wrap to store in the fridge for up to 24 hours.
