Ingredients

- ½ cup strawberries
- ½ cup chocolate graham crackers or cookies of choice
Instructions
- Prepare Cucumber Edamame Salad: In a small mixing bowl, combine the thawed edamame beans, diced cucumbers, diced bell peppers, crumbled feta cheese, unsalted pumpkin seeds, soy sauce, and rice vinegar. Mix well and adjust the seasoning according to your taste preference.
- Assemble Salad Section: Create a section in the bento box for the cucumber edamame salad. Add the small rectangles of nori along with the sliced bell peppers and sliced carrots for added crunch and freshness.
